Athedah Household Staffing was founded on a simple belief: the right support can bring peace, balance, and harmony to a home.
After more than fifteen years working in human resources and hands-on childcare, Fridah Kayser recognized how challenging it can be for families to find trustworthy, professional help they can confidently welcome into their homes. Drawing from her experience in both corporate recruitment and private household environments, she created Athedah to offer a more thoughtful, personalized approach to household staffing. Fridah leads the recruitment and placement process, carefully matching families with household professionals who bring skill, integrity, and reliability into the home.

Together they are committed to building an agency grounded in professionalism, discretion, and long-term relationships with the families and professionals they serve.

With a professional background in Human Resources and hands-on experience in childcare, she brings a unique perspective to matching families with trusted household professionals.
With more than 15 years of experience across corporate HR and private household environments, Fridah combines expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and personnel development with a deep understanding of the privacy and discretion required within a home.
At Athedah, she personally oversees the recruitment and placement process, carefully selecting candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the character needed to serve families with excellence.
Outside of her professional work, Fridah values faith, family, and community service. Together with her husband Ted, she supports and advocates for homeless and vulnerable children through Hossana Children’s Outreach in Africa, a mission that reflects the same heart of care and compassion that guides the vision of Athedah.
