Schedule: 3 Days per Week | Approximately 5 Hours per Day (Approx. 15 Hours Weekly)
Compensation: $35–$40 per Hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily and weekly housekeeping duties throughout the home
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all household areas
• Laundry and linen care, including folding, ironing, and wardrobe upkeep
• Closet and wardrobe organization
• Kitchen cleaning, upkeep, and organization
• Restock household supplies and notify family of household needs
• Organize household spaces, cabinets, storage areas, and common areas
• Assist with seasonal organization projects as needed
• Help maintain a consistently clean, polished, and welcoming household environment
• Work independently while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior experience working in private households preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Professional discretion and respectful communication
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Long-term mindset and consistency preferred
• Professional references required
• Background screening may be requested

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-standard homes in Greenwich, Fairfield County, or surrounding Connecticut communities
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are considered a plus, but are not required

Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and overall fit
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Consistent weekly schedule preferred
