Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

About the family.

A warm, professional, and private family with international and bilingual backgrounds (Spanish & English) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full-time nanny to care for their two young children. The family values education, cultural enrichment, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment that supports their children’s growth and well-being. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into the household are of utmost importance. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, as we encourage our children to grow up fluent in both languages.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, warm, energetic, and career nanny who brings a balance of structure, creativity, and flexibility to the role. A strong background in early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential. Spanish language skills are highly valued, as the family encourages bilingual language development. The role requires the ability to travel on occasion, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with the parents to support the children’s routines and educational milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care to both children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that support language development, creativity, and social skills.
• Engage the children in both English and Spanish (Spanish fluency is a plus but not required).
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Support daily routines including hygiene, naps, dressing, and school transitions.
• Transport children to and from school, activities, and playdates (valid driver’s license required).
• Maintain tidy play areas and manage light housekeeping tasks related to the children (laundry, meal cleanup, toy organization, etc.).
• Communicate openly with parents regarding the children’s development, daily activities, and any concerns.
• Travel with the family on occasion, if needed (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ensure the children’s safety at all times, including being a confident and capable swimmer for water-related activities.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional nanny experience with similar age groups.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start).
• Strong swimmer, comfortable supervising children in pools or water activities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Nonsmoker.
• Excellent references and background check required.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
• Warm, engaging, and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
